Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
No. You can close your account at any time. The month on which you shutdown your account will still be billed and won't be refunded.
Months paid in advance will be refunded.

How can I pay my monthly fee?
You may pay with a VISA/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX through our PayPal charge service (PayPal also allows you to pay directly from your checking account). You may pay by check by mail or local customers may stop in and pay. You can pay as far as 1 year in advance. Make checks payable to LowcountryHosting. Send mail to:

Is online ordering secure?
Yes. We use PayPal's service to take your credit card or banking information since they are the leader on the internet for money transfers. PayPal uses 128-BIT SSL secure server technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. No one can intercept that information.

Any other ways to place an order besides the online system?
If you need to pay through any other method, contact us and we'll arrange it.We accept credit card over the phone, mail in payments, and in store payments.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do. You can pay with a credit card or checking account (through PayPal). If you pay with a credit card, your credit card
company will automatically convert what we charge in U.S. currency to your local currency.
